Review: Forever ... Christmas

Forever ... Christmas (Happy Books) - Mary Kelly, 7 Seasons, Nadija

Christmas is a magical time of the year, where wishes are made and dreams come true. When Katie is left without transportation or a place to stay after her bus gets into an accident, Katie's "Christmas Miracle" appears in the shape of an attractive man who offers her a ride to her parents' house so she doesn't have to spend Christmas Eve in the cold.

Thus begins a beautiful friendship and a new Christmas tradition as Katie and Alex spend every Christmas together, though they never even talk the rest of the year. Through the ups and downs, we watch Katie slowly fall in love... But does Alex feel the same?

This is a sweet romance where the doubt and hardships make the happy times even more perfect. With a complicated friendship and misunderstandings, the characters and emotions feel real. Reading this story, I found myself not wanting to put it down, excited to discover what would happen at the next Christmas. There were times when I wanted to smack either Katie or Alex - or both - but that just means that the author did a great job sharing their lives and struggles.

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
