Review: Onyx Webb: Episode One

Interwoven together are the tales of three people, seemingly separate and yet bound together somehow... by darkness, madness, murder, or perhaps by a ghost? A six year old girl in 1904 at the St. Louis Fair, a piano prodigy at her prom in 1979, and a playboy forced to do honest work in 2010... but what brings these stories together?
Once you start reading, you will not want to put this down, and this episode will leave you thinking and re-reading while waiting for more. The authors have managed to give us just enough detail so that the readers will think we know what's going on... but do we really? Episode One may leave off on a cliffhanger, but I'm too busy deciphering what we've been given so far while looking for hidden connections to care!
Onyx's father holds the secret of her mother - and a destiny that Onyx may share. Troubled Juniper finds that deception lurks in the shadows... or it is just her doubt creeping in? And Koda sees something in a mirror that might just change his life. The authors have put together a puzzle for us to view, but without knowing the end results we have to rely on clues dropped between the lines. Can you find the ties that bind?
