I just deleted a review from Amazon after getting harassed by people. It wasn't even a one or two star review... it was a well-thought out three star review that explained why I was giving it three stars - what I liked and what I didn't like. But after having negative comment after negative comment make personal attacks at me because they didn't agree with my review (even though the commenters haven't even read the book, per their own comments) I decided that it was less painful to just delete the review.

I review because I like doing it and I like helping people decide if they would like a book or not. I always try to be fair in my review and not give out spoilers.

Now I'm not sure if it's worth the effort.
