Reckless Magic by Rachel Higginson

I stopped reading this book at 56% because I was extremely frustrated with this book. The love interest (Kiran) is very unlikeable - he comes across as an arrogant, selfish man, touching Eden (the main character) when she tells him to not to, knowing perusing her when she's betrothed, and genuinely just being an entitled jerk. I honestly can't understand why Eden likes him.

Eden also just seems to be going through the motions, not really questioning what is going on. She doesn't question why others are telling her to stay away from Kiran or why they say he's dangerous, and she just ignores them and goes to kiss Kiran again, knowing that he's already betrothed and that he's essentially cheating on his fiancee. I honestly tried to finish the book but had to stop, since I didn't like any of the characters and found myself not caring about the plot anymore because I disliked the characters so much.
