Not a book, but Bastille...
I haven't been sleeping well for months... recently I found a few sleep aids, but I told those authors that I couldn't finish their books! Luckily, none of my forum-friend-authors (FFAs?) write that way, so I haven't had an issue needing sleep while reading and reviewing their books!
But I finally found a way to sleep. And this is so strange... I love music, and normally I concentrate my whole being on music while I am listening to it. But I found myself hooked on a British band named Bastille, and I've found that even though I love their music, I can actually fall asleep to it. Actual sleep. Usually before the 2nd or 3rd song I have on my phone.
Their import (but not at import price) CD recently was released... and even though this isn't a book, I wanted to share it. I've done some of my most emotional thinking while listening to their music and well as the fact that it relaxes me enough to actually sleep. Now if only I can find a CD of theirs with the song "Flaws" recorded at Abbey Road....
