Review: Walk of Worlds (SI) [Kindle Edition]

Walk of Worlds (SI) - Sharon L Reddy

When the most brilliant minds come together, miracles can happen!

I received a copy of Walk of the Worlds (SI Series) from the author in exchange for an honest review. However, it's difficult to review this novel without referencing Black Crow (the first book) since this was originally written as one large book and then sectioned off into a trilogy.

In Black Crow, you're introduced to the major cast of characters as well as some minor characters, you learn the overall plot, and there is all sorts of happy twisted fun that keeps you clued to the book.

Walk of Worlds continues with by introducing you to new planets, new maneuvers by the SI as they battle the effects of the "zombie" virus, and quickly produce new technology to bring worlds closer together. The only thing that moves faster than the plot are the family sizes! It can be sometimes confusing to remember who is married to who, but that is actually intentional - the people individually and the smaller families are still important, but it's the overall clan as a whole that provides the love, support, and assistance that these worlds need to come together.

I will be reading the third part of this book soon, where I'm sure that Sharon will wrap up the Black Crow threads as well as continue to amaze me with the fast pacing of her book as well as the fun that the characters have that you have while reading it. A sign of a good book is when you're having just as much fun reading it as the characters are having in the story itself!
