Top Reviewer...
I recently was moved up to the Top Reviewer section of Amazon, currently at spot #9782 for my reviewer ranking. Apparently this is a big deal, or something. I guess it just means that people like my reviews, considering that I really only started reviewing this year!
The cool thing about it is that now I'm getting review requests from people outside of my normal group of Indie Authors. Not that I will ever leave my Indie Authors, but hey... free stuff. ^_^
Up to this point, I had only been contacted by two authors requesting reviews. I reviewed both of their books, posting the reviews on Amazon and BookLikes and a couple of other sites as requested. Today was my first day that I received a request for a non-book review.
Apparently I will be reviewing some skin care products soon. We'll see what happens after that, now that I'm one an official list of "people who like to write too much about the stuff they read/purchase."
