Review: 6 activities for children (Childrens books: fun things to do Book 1)
6 ways to get your children outside instead of playing video games...
This is a good little book with some activities for children... I could see most of these as fun games for a birthday party or another child-themed event. The great thing is that the author gives you step by step instructions, with pictures, and also the ingredients if anything is needed other than the children themselves! The only downside is that the Author is either ESL (English as a Second Language) or the book was translated, since some of the sentences were a little stilted and formal. In a few cases, I found it difficult to follow the instructions based on the author's writing, however the photos included with each activity usually cleared up any confusion.
Slight syntax issues aside, I think this is a great book for the parents of children.... if nothing else, hopefully it will get them outside and into the sunlight, and several of the activities have physical components so they'll get exercise as well!
